Mary Scherzer
Mary Scherzer is a briefing attorney at Scott Law Firm in downtown Conroe, Texas. After moving to Texas with her husband, Mary took a respite from the legal field to focus on her family. During this time, she had a successful career as a Criminal Justice and Social Studies teacher. Mary is a passionate advocate, who is dedicated to ensuring clients are made whole. Before joining the firm, Mary worked as a staff attorney with the Montgomery County Women’s Center. During her time with at the Women’s Center she made multiple court appearances on behalf of some of Montgomery County’s most vulnerable citizens.
Mary is licensed to practice in the state of Texas, and the U.S. Southern District of Texas. She has previous experience in bankruptcy as well as corporate litigation discovery support. Prior to graduating from law school, Mary volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and assisted low-income clients in the University of Oklahoma College of Law Civil Law Clinic. Mary spends much of her time with her husband raising their children and caring for their four dogs.
