
Patrick Scott


Patrick Scott is the Managing Attorney at Scott Law Firm located in downtown Conroe, Texas. Patrick dedicates his practice to those who have been injured or harmed by the negligence of others. Patrick is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Only 1% of all the attorneys licensed in Texas are Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law.
The types of cases Patrick has handled include car accidents, uninsured/underinsured insurance claims, truck wrecks, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, dog bites, and premises liability claims. Patrick has tried numerous personal injury cases to verdict in front of both Montgomery County and Harris County juries.
Patrick is licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. He is also licensed in all federal courts in Texas and in the Western District of Oklahoma. Patrick is a graduate of Baylor University School of Law where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Baylor Law Review. Before law school, Patrick received a B.A. summa cum laude in Political Science from the University of Houston Honors College.
Patrick was raised in Natchitoches, Louisiana. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as an Intelligence Analyst. During his four-year tour of duty in the Marines from 2001-2005, he served overseas in various countries and capacities. For his service, he received a Naval Achievement Medal, as well as several commendations.
Patrick has also been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100. Prior to this, Patrick was selected by National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 from 2014-2024. In 2024, Patrick was selected to the list of Super Lawyers® in the area of Personal Injury in Texas. Each year, Thomson Reuters selects the top 5% of lawyers to the list. Prior to receiving this recognition, Patrick was a Super Lawyers® Rising Stars℠ in Personal Injury from 2017-2023.
Patrick is the former president of the Montgomery County Bar Association. He also served as the Panel Chair of the District 3, Panel 2 Grievance Committee for six years. Patrick and his family reside in Conroe, Texas. He is a Christian, is involved in his local church, and speaks Spanish.
