Jessica DeWitt Guobadia is an attorney admitted to practice in Texas and California*. Jessica advocates for those who have been harmed or injured by the negligence of others. Jessica has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well in various appellate matters before the Texas Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal.
Jessica is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she participated in moot court and appellate advocacy, as well as a clinical student at the Center for Juvenile Law and Policy. Jessica was also a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. Jessica graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Latin American Studies.
Jessica has presented on a variety of topics relating to personal injury, including hospital lien recovery rights, validity of healthcare provider assignments of benefits and reimbursement claims, and paid or incurred issues under Texas law.
Jessica grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Texas in 2009. Jessica resides in The Woodlands with her husband, children, and doodle. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, reading, running, and volunteering.
