The sweet lady at the front desk answered the phone and made me feel like she genuinely cared about me. Once my case was handed off to Mimi for additional information, I knew that this law firm was who needed to handle my case because they actually cared. I was informed of what was going on every step of the way whether it was by phone or through the app so I never felt lost or like I didn’t know what was going on. The staff here were always friendly and were constantly checking in on my son & I & our healing. Every email or phone call never felt rushed or like I was taking up their time. They always answered my sometimes ridiculous questions. During any in-person meeting information was always very detailed & explained in a manner that myself & my teen understood. They really go above & beyond what many other injury attorney firms offer. The process was quick but it never felt rushed & I was always included on any decisions.
